Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email requesting a photo/scanned copy of your childs hand/foot print. This can be completed by you at home with an at home inkless print kid, or simply with a small layer of paint (preferably in black) pressed onto plain white paper. If your print is required to scale (at times, the design layout cannot allow for this) please ensure you provide the total height measurement of your print in your return email.
